The audience thought a goal was coming when Michel Burgar got free with La Rompen in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. La Rompen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Burgar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dorio Villagomez came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Pegaso FC's Máximo Policarpio. But to his dismay, Máximo Policarpio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Máximo Policarpio in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dorio Villagomez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. La Rompen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michel Burgar in the 30th minute. Michel Burgar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of La Rompen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 35 minutes Pegaso FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Polentzi Basozabal who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Deportivo Alianza Lima.'s Iztal Centenales to fire away a dangerous shot which La Rompen despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 1-2 became the score in the 41st minute when Mateo Azevedo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
