The supporters of ROSÁRIO SPORT booed when Modlau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ostap Geilarov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Result 0-1. 39 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Barry McCray to make the kick off. Luiz Corrêa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barry McCray, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 90 played minutes ROSÁRIO SPORT got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Félix. Toni Kroos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Luiz Corrêa. ROSÁRIO SPORT's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The ROSÁRIO SPORT supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ROSÁRIO SPORT would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
