S.C.CHUÍ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when James Batistuta scored to the left of an out of position Armando Cerezo, making the score, 2-0. Armando Cerezo made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when James Batistuta sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joris Scheer in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Glenn Fyfe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. James Batistuta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Armando Cerezo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joris Scheer made a kick off. A4p FC Gad's 邱振广 was substituted for Erasmo Damião. S.C.CHUÍ's Armando Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gică Busuioc in the 73rd minute of play. Armando Cerezo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gică Busuioc, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Gică Busuioc notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of S.C.CHUÍ's Armando Cerezo. Armando Cerezo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Armando Cerezo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavius Cândroveanu in the 84th minute of the match.
