In the 35th minute Luiz Fabiano Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Braga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Luiz Fabiano Sena came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Bizard FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Fabiano Sena couldn't finish the play. Ademar Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vernon Kinney in the 40th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Bizard FC's Arif Ozan Sağınç was substituted for Luisinho Tasso. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arif Ozan Sağınç to strike the kick off in the second half. Luiz Fabiano Sena took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Noel Braga. Noel Braga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Irreal Madrid's Alfredo Secco in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
