The crowd rose to their feet as Kalle Billberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lew Yashin. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Moisés Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toni Kroos in the 14th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Poetass FC's Zeng Xu Yuan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lew Yashin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th minute Poetass FC were awarded a corner. Cleiton Carioca went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Cleiton Carioca almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Modlau's Lew Yashin did a great save. After 20 played minutes Modlau got a freekick which was hit by Dawid Alaba. Lew Yashin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witalis Brysz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Modlau's Barry McCray in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Poetass FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 26th minute, Witalis Brysz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lew Yashin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Poetass FC's Moisés Arruda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ortle Sancho in the 29th minute of play. Poetass FC's Cleiton Carioca was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lew Yashin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Witalis Brysz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Modlau's Lew Yashin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witalis Brysz in the 36th minute of play. Lew Yashin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kalle Billberg in the 37th minute. With his leg Lew Yashin managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Poetass FC's Kalle Billberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Ortle Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Modlau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ortle Sancho couldn't finish the play. Lester Subili charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lester Subili the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Modlau fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! It was joyful for the audience to see Kalle Billberg dribbling past the opponents defense line in the 45th played minute and put the ball into the net. 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Witalis Brysz made the kick off in the second half. Ludomir Ludwiczak hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute Cleiton Carioca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lew Yashin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lew Yashin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zeng Xu Yuan's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Lew Yashin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeng Xu Yuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeng Xu Yuan in the 60th minute of play forced Modlau's goalkeeper Lew Yashin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lew Yashin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Witalis Brysz's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Moisés Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barry McCray in the 67th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Modlau's Damazy Jucha ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Moisés Arruda. Moisés Arruda yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. Poetass FC's Váldson Miranda was substituted for Cleiton Carioca. In the 75th match minute, Modlau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boleslaw Slazak to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeng Xu Yuan in the 76th minute of play forced Modlau's goalkeeper Lew Yashin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lew Yashin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Witalis Brysz, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Zeng Xu Yuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zeng Xu Yuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lew Yashin having to interfere. Luiz Fernando de Lara hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After 92 played minutes Modlau got a freekick which was hit by Toni Kroos. Jon-Egil Schjelderup fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lew Yashin having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Poetass FC had won after a very even match.
