An unexpectedly hard shot by Ortle Sancho in the 6th minute of play forced RED DEVIL's goalkeeper Ali Cafer Konuralp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lew Yashin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomás Romo's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Ali Cafer Konuralp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ortle Sancho in the 11th minute of the match. With a little luck, RED DEVIL's Ali Cafer Konuralp got control of the ball when Barry McCray tried to sneak it across the goal line. Damazy Jucha struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Ali Cafer Konuralp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Modlau. When RED DEVIL's Andrei Ivan in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Modlau's goalie prevented a goal. If Barry McCray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Cafer Konuralp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ortle Sancho in the 30th minute of the match. RED DEVIL's Ali Cafer Konuralp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damazy Jucha in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Modlau's goal looked a bit too open when Andrei Ivan came free, but Lew Yashin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lew Yashin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafino Flores in the 37th minute of play. RED DEVIL were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Modlau's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomás Romo took the corner. When Toni Kroos fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Modlau's protests and gave Toni Kroos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of RED DEVIL booed when Modlau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toni Kroos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 42 played minutes, RED DEVIL's Tomás Romo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lew Yashin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in RED DEVIL reached it. Lew Yashin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafino Flores, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damazy Jucha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ali Cafer Konuralp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 47 minutes of play, RED DEVIL's Haroldo Baldovino made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lew Yashin was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Modlau players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. RED DEVIL were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Barry McCray stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Serafino Flores ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lew Yashin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Puszynski in the 60th minute of play forced RED DEVIL's goalkeeper Ali Cafer Konuralp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st match minute, RED DEVIL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Romo to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes into the game, Haroldo Baldovino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Lew Yashin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lew Yashin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomás Romo in the 74th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Romo in the 78th minute of play forced Modlau's goalkeeper Lew Yashin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Modlau's Lew Yashin got control of the ball when Tomás Romo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rdth minute of the game Fernando Barreiros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Modlau's Lew Yashin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Barry McCray in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ali Cafer Konuralp saved RED DEVIL from getting behind. Modlau's Lew Yashin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Modlau from getting a goal against them. 97 minutes into the match, RED DEVIL's goal looked a bit too open when Ortle Sancho came free, but Ali Cafer Konuralp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. RED DEVIL had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
