Pawel Dobrowski hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Piotr Topolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogumil Penczkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the match, José Guerreiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emil Cetnar, 1-0. A collision led to Kernsdorf SSA getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. José Guerreiro hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, José Guerreiro took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Emil Cetnar to make any attempt to save it. Piotr Topolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marek Ledochowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Emil Cetnar made an important save on a dangerous shot by José Guerreiro in the 29th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as José Guerreiro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emil Cetnar. That made the score 3-0 in the 30 minute of play. Emil Cetnar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damazy Gomolka in the 34th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Guerreiro got free with Emil Cetnar in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After taking down the ball on Kernsdorf SSA's corner Zygmunt Pieknik fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emil Cetnar quite easily take care of the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Damazy Gomolka dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emil Cetnar, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacek Sienkiewicz in the 47th minute of play forced Kernsdorf SSA's goalkeeper Piotr Topolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Błękitny Grom's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kernsdorf SSA the free kick. Grzegorz Tokarczyk kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Emil Cetnar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zygmunt Pieknik went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Kernsdorf SSA defense, Pedro Manuel Kurczak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Piotr Topolski. The Kernsdorf SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Piotr Topolski should have stopped the shot. Kernsdorf SSA made a substitution. Filip Pietrowski replaced Antoni Betonowy. Piotr Topolski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogumil Penczkowski in the 66th minute of the match. Emil Cetnar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from José Guerreiro went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. In the 75th minute Gabriel Moscardó shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Cetnar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, José Guerreiro made a precise shot to the right of Emil Cetnar. Błękitny Grom's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. 81 minutes into the match, Damazy Gomolka had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emil Cetnar. Błękitny Grom's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damazy Gomolka was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Guerreiro in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emil Cetnar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86th minute of the match, Marek Ledochowski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Piotr Topolski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Emil Cetnar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damazy Gomolka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th match minute, Błękitny Grom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogumil Penczkowski to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Guerreiro in the 90th minute of play forced Błękitny Grom's goalkeeper Emil Cetnar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Błękitny Grom's Emil Cetnar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Guerreiro in the 93rd minute of play. Błękitny Grom's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
