Sebastian Wierzchowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Piotr Topolski made a huge save. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Veth Crystals's goalkeeper Patryk Kensicki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 29 minutes into the match, Veth Crystals's goal looked a bit too open when Damazy Gomolka came free, but Patryk Kensicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, José Guerreiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Zygmunt Pieknik came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Kernsdorf SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zygmunt Pieknik couldn't finish the play. Piotr Topolski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Wierzchowski in the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Wierzchowski in the 51st minute of play forced Kernsdorf SSA's goalkeeper Piotr Topolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 52nd minute Erik Persson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piotr Topolski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Damazy Gomolka took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Patryk Kensicki to make any attempt to save it. 59 minutes into the game, Erik Persson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Veth Crystals's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kernsdorf SSA the free kick. Stefan Kempka kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. The supporters of Veth Crystals booed when Kernsdorf SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Kempka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Piotr Topolski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwidon Patora in the 69th minute of play. Piotr Topolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwidon Patora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Kernsdorf SSA's José Guerreiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Patryk Kensicki. That made the score 1-2 after 72 minutes of play. Piotr Topolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Persson, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. José Guerreiros short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Patryk Kensicki to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Veth Crystals's goalkeeper Patryk Kensicki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Veth Crystals supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kernsdorf SSA's performance. The match ended with a win for Kernsdorf SSA.
