In the 31st minute Radowit Bycofski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislaw Iwanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Julian Ross had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FC Saxon's Solustiano Partarroyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Ross in the 35th minute of play. After 42 played minutes KP Opel Kamień got a freekick which was hit by Radomil Bochinski. Nae Istrătescu hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Julian Ross struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Solustiano Partarroyo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KP Opel Kamień. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Radowit Bycofski was the one to do the kick off. Jan Nowacki who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 51stth minute tested the skills of Stanislaw Iwanowski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 57th minute, Julian Ross hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Ross in the 59th minute of play forced FC Saxon's goalkeeper Solustiano Partarroyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan Nowacki got free with Stanislaw Iwanowski in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Solustiano Partarroyo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jhonny Evans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Konstanty Kajder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Solustiano Partarroyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, KP Opel Kamień's Stanislaw Iwanowski got control of the ball when Radowit Bycofski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stanislaw Iwanowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacy Narbut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of KP Opel Kamień booed when FC Saxon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nae Istrătescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Saxon eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
