Fabian Oterino started the match with the kick off. Alexander Shaw was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC Papicho's goalkeeper Alexander Shaw, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gianluca Lapadula received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Tartalo Delatorre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tartalo Delatorre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gianluca Lapadula in the 19th minute of the match. AC Papicho's Alexander Shaw played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Oterino in the 20th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gianluca Lapadula in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tartalo Delatorre saved Atlético Grau Piura from getting behind. After some careless play in the AC Papicho defense, Fabian Oterino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexander Shaw. The AC Papicho fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexander Shaw should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Atlético Grau Piura's Fabian Oterino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alexander Shaw narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Fabian Oterino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Shaw was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 39 minutes into the match, AC Papicho's Gianluca Lapadula sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tartalo Delatorre narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alexander Shaw didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabian Oterino went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. A collision led to Atlético Grau Piura getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Alan Varela hit a great ball. The AC Papicho players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Atlético Grau Piura were winning 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gianluca Lapadula made a kick off. Alan Varela got a throw-in 55 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Thor Reyes. The supporters of AC Papicho booed when Atlético Grau Piura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Varela didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Atlético Grau Piura getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Alan Varela hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético Grau Piura's goalkeeper Tartalo Delatorre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tartalo Delatorre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gianluca Lapadula in the 70th minute of the match. In the 74thth minute of the game Junior Quintana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Papicho's Alexander Shaw was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alexander Shaw made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Junior Quintana sent off a good shot on target. Ignado Ozores charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ignado Ozores the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Atlético Grau Piura's Ignado Ozores got a free kick in the 81st minute. Frasquito Abrego scored 1-4 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tartalo Delatorre, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alexander Shaw showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Junior Quintana, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Frasquito Abrego scored 2-4 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tartalo Delatorre, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ignado Ozores was shown his second yellow card after 94 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The Atlético Grau Piura supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Atlético Grau Piura would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
