Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Momo Boumedienne started the match with the kick off. SILMONT's Di Xing Ying played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean-Marc Kazmierczak in the 3rd minute of play. Jules Gangloff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Poggi having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Javier Bordat in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felix Poggi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 25 minutes into the match, SILMONT's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Marc Kazmierczak came free, but Di Xing Ying reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Bordat in the 27th minute of play forced U21 France's goalkeeper Felix Poggi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 minutes, Javier Bordat made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. U21 France's Felix Poggi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th minute Jean-Marc Kazmierczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Di Xing Ying saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Di Xing Ying showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Marc Kazmierczak in the 33rd minute of the match. Jean-Marc Kazmierczak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Di Xing Ying showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thierry Lhermite, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 42nd minute Thierry Lhermite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Di Xing Ying saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

56 minutes into the match, Jean-Marc Kazmierczak notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of SILMONT's Di Xing Ying. Di Xing Ying was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Di Xing Ying showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Marc Kazmierczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Felix Poggi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melvin Planque, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Youri Flamant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. U21 France made a substitution. Evan Dard replaced Gustave Marcilly. U21 France made a substitution. Alix Poulain replaced Theo Chassot. The supporters of U21 France booed when SILMONT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Youri Flamant didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Léon Cailleaux's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Di Xing Ying was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. After taking down the ball on U21 France's corner Thierry Lhermite fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Di Xing Ying quite easily take care of the ball.
