Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Borys Puzio started the match with the kick off. Wojciech Derlanga came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Shirebrook's Shukrie Tuan. But to his dismay, Shukrie Tuan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Shukrie Tuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrzej Dziurowicz kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Bydgoszcz's Wojciech Derlanga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerry Yeo in the 10th minute of play. Olaf Mis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniz Chai read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrzej Dziurowicz in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniz Chai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Stasio Nienajadlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th match minute, Bydgoszcz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrzej Dziurowicz to maneuver through the defense. Wojciech Derlanga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shukrie Tuan in the 19th minute of play. When Borys Puzio came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Bydgoszcz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Borys Puzio couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the match, Bydgoszcz's goal looked a bit too open when Shukrie Tuan came free, but Wojciech Derlanga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bydgoszcz's Wojciech Derlanga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerry Yeo in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Shukrie Tuan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wojciech Derlanga. Bydgoszcz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Shukrie Tuan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Wojciech Derlanga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shukrie Tuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 32 minutes, Jerry Yeo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shirebrook's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerry Yeo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Bydgoszcz defense, Shukrie Tuan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wojciech Derlanga. The Bydgoszcz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wojciech Derlanga should have stopped the shot. After 44 minutes of play, Shirebrook's Jerry Yeo made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wojciech Derlanga was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 48th minute, Shukrie Tuan made a precise shot to the right of Wojciech Derlanga. Bydgoszcz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Shukrie Tuan made a kick off. Bydgoszcz's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Shukrie Tuan scored to the left of an out of position Wojciech Derlanga, making the score, 0-7. Wojciech Derlanga made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Jerry Yeo sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 69 in the game by Jerry Yeo from a close distance when the talented Wojciech Derlanga managed to make a qualified save. Bydgoszcz's players were relieved. After a defensive mix-up in Shirebrook's zone, Stasio Nienajadlo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniz Chai came out of the goal and Stasio Nienajadlo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 76 minutes into the match, Shirebrook's Shukrie Tuan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wojciech Derlanga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 77 played minutes Bydgoszcz got a freekick which was hit by Stasio Nienajadlo. In the 89th minute, Jerry Yeo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game was made by Alam Choo with Ong Swee as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jerry Yeo got free with Wojciech Derlanga in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Shirebrook's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
