After 13 played minutes Rio Verde F.C CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Cleiton Cosme. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sabo D Agostino during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Sabo D Agostino got a free kick in the 16th minute. Paulo de Mendonça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Jaizki in the 19th minute of the match. Paulo de Mendonça showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Jaizki, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Alan Moraes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Pankracy Glogowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 31 minutes, Paolo Caradaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Atlanta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paolo Caradaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Club Atlético Atlanta booed when Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeu Britto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Berdoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo de Mendonça having to interfere. Şevket Çağa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Paulo de Mendonça tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Berdoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eustaquio Jaizki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo de Mendonça having to interfere. After some careless play in the Rio Verde F.C CIMZ defense, Şevket Çağa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulo de Mendonça. The Rio Verde F.C CIMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulo de Mendonça should have stopped the shot. The Rio Verde F.C CIMZ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Atlético Atlanta were winning 1-4.

54 minutes into the game, one of Club Atlético Atlanta:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Pankracy Glogowski had in the 55thth minute some difficulties stopping Zac Ba Loua's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Zac Ba Loua scored 2-4 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pankracy Glogowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Paulo de Mendonça made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Şevket Çağa sent off a good shot on target. Eustaquio Jaizki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Sabo D Agostino came free, but Pankracy Glogowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alan Moraes, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcos Berdoi in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulo de Mendonça prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Paulo de Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şevket Çağa in the 78th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Marcos Berdoi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Paulo de Mendonça, 2-7. Şevket Çağa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Paulo de Mendonça tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Berdoi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Paulo de Mendonça came out and tried to block the shot, but Marcos Berdoi slotted it home off the left post making it 2-9 in the 89th minute. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ were furious when Tadeu Britto was red carded, 94 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. When the match had been going on for 96 minutes, Club Atlético Atlanta's Emil Chwalkiewicz got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Paulo de Mendonça. When the final whistle sounded Club Atlético Atlanta left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rio Verde F.C CIMZ.
