The Wolfpack™'s Didier Schollens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Holger Knoche in the 12th minute of play. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Kaspar Bretzel sped through The Wolfpack™'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Didier Schollens. 18 minutes into the match, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Holger Knoche sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Didier Schollens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 21 minutes, Kaspar Bretzel made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. The Wolfpack™'s Didier Schollens tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kaspar Bretzel in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Didier Schollens saved The Wolfpack™ from getting behind. Didier Schollens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Holger Knoche in the 25th minute of play. Didier Schollens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kaspar Bretzel's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. In the 27th match minute, The Wolfpack™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolaas De Fever to maneuver through the defense. If Holger Knoche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute, Andy Zeyer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the match, The Wolfpack™'s goal looked a bit too open when Kaspar Bretzel came free, but Didier Schollens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kaspar Bretzel hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kaspar Bretzel was the one to do the kick off. Niklas Sauter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roy Schockaert in the 51st minute of play. Didier Schollens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kaspar Bretzel's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Didier Schollens successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Didier Schollens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaspar Bretzel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kaspar Bretzel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Didier Schollens having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, The Wolfpack™'s goal looked a bit too open when Kaspar Bretzel came free, but Didier Schollens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Holger Knoche's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Didier Schollens skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Holger Knoche in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. In the 77thth minute of the game Kaspar Bretzel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Wolfpack™'s Didier Schollens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 81st minute Maxime Van Looy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niklas Sauter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niklas Sauter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maxime Van Looy in the 82nd minute of the match. The Wolfpack™'s Didier Schollens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save The Wolfpack™ from getting a goal against them. Kaspar Bretzel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Didier Schollens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Nicolaas De Fever hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute, Nicolaas De Fever hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The The Wolfpack™ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
