Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. SAS's Oliverios Palma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Åkerström in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Playa Malvín's goal looked a bit too open when Oskitz Tendiero came free, but Zé Roberto Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Playa Malvín's goalkeeper Zé Roberto Teixeira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oskitz Tendiero. Oliverios Palma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Åkerström in the 20th minute of play. When Fred Åkerström came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Playa Malvín fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fred Åkerström couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute Fred Åkerström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliverios Palma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé Roberto Teixeira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adolfo Larrave in the 28th minute. Fred Åkerström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oliverios Palma read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by SAS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sandu Mândrilă was slow to take the kick. During this time Playa Malvín's players had a chance to rest. Playa Malvín's Sandu Mândrilă was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Oliverios Palma in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 37 minutes into the match, SAS's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Åkerström came free, but Oliverios Palma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Playa Malvín getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Constantijn De Hond hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Oskitz Tendiero made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Playa Malvín booed when SAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Larrave didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the game, SAS's Oskitz Tendiero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Roberto Teixeira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Playa Malvín's goalkeeper Zé Roberto Teixeira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Playa Malvín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sesuldo Roque was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 73 minutes into the match, SAS's goal looked a bit too open when Niva Espellosa came free, but Oliverios Palma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Niva Espellosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Playa Malvín's supporters rose to their feet, but Niva Espellosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oliverios Palma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gamus Rocha hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Oliverios Palma made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Niva Espellosa sent off a good shot on target. In the 88th minute Oskitz Tendiero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Roberto Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute Niva Espellosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliverios Palma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niva Espellosa in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oliverios Palma prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Playa Malvín eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
