Sten Nordgren kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sture Hellbom got free with Yassine Bounou in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th minute Richard Finman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Orozco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sten Nordgren was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 27th minute. Billesholm's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Yassine Bounou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sten Nordgren in the 27th minute of play. Yassine Bounou stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sture Hellbom's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Richard Finman took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Orozco. Jonathan Orozco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Billesholm's Fredric Hylander quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Pontus Galle, made in the 37th minute of the game. Jonathan Orozco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maksymilian Prus in the 41st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Billesholm's Marcus Grep got a free kick in the 46th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Richard Finman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Orozco. Billesholm's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Richard Finman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 57th minute, Sture Hellbom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute of the game Fredric Malm made a throw-in which Birger Rolfsson played forward. After a defensive mix-up in BK Falcon's zone, Sture Hellbom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yassine Bounou came out of the goal and Sture Hellbom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 63 minutes into the match, Billesholm's goal looked a bit too open when Maksymilian Prus came free, but Jonathan Orozco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of BK Falcon booed when Billesholm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Arixo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Orozco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charles Vestlund in the 64th minute. In the 64th minute, Charles Vestlund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Orozco was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Billesholm's Gabriel Jesus was substituted for Sture Hellbom. After 72 played minutes Richard Finman rounded Billesholm's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-5. Jonathan Orozco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maksymilian Prus in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Billesholm's goal looked a bit too open when Maksymilian Prus came free, but Jonathan Orozco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Billesholm's Jonathan Orozco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Finman in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Billesholm's Gabriel Jesus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yassine Bounou narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 95th minute Billesholm were awarded a corner. Janne Beckenbauer went to the cornerflag to take it. Alex Jönsson hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Billesholm's zone, Maksymilian Prus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Orozco came out of the goal and Maksymilian Prus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
