The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivar Siöberg got free with Rıza Vuralhan in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sören Tunberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antti Ani in the 4th minute of play. Rıza Vuralhan didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 8th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Nils-Arne Nilsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Rıza Vuralhan made a huge save. Bayan Baye could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Rıza Vuralhan made a huge save. Rıza Vuralhan made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Nils-Arne Nilsson sent off a good shot on target. Sören Tunberg came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Strömsbro IF's Argyris Papapetrou. But to his dismay, Argyris Papapetrou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Sören Tunberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Argyris Papapetrou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 played minutes Strömsbro IF got a freekick which was hit by Bosse Tuborg. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nils-Arne Nilsson got free with Rıza Vuralhan in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Ivar Siöberg took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Rıza Vuralhan to make any attempt to save it. In the 37th minute Bayan Baye shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rıza Vuralhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Strömsbro IF's Rıza Vuralhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bayan Baye in the 40th minute of play. Sören Tunberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Argyris Papapetrou's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute.

The corner led Wargön's Júlio Munhoz to a score. 4-2 in the 89th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Wargön fully deserved thier win.
