If Pepe Argento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. George Kristiansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pepe Argento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pepe Argento blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without George Kristiansson having to make a save. George Kristiansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pepe Argento, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Di Röe's Sten Melberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ivan Drago narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Marcelo Xabat in the 43rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Di Röe's Conny Bjursell. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Sten Melberg made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Petter Wallmark was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Di Röe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lost Boys Sports Academy the free kick. Pepe Argento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but George Kristiansson made a huge save. With a little luck, Di Röe's George Kristiansson got control of the ball when Pepe Argento tried to sneak it across the goal line. Conny Bjursell hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Lost Boys Sports Academy made a substitution. Hu Cheng replaced Marcelo Xabat. The supporters of Lost Boys Sports Academy booed when Di Röe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conny Bjursell didn't get a good kick on the ball. George Kristiansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Coronel Llorente, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Sten Melberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivan Drago read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Lost Boys Sports Academy's Johan Sellberg was substituted for Pepe Argento. Di Röe made a substitution. Ivan Drake replaced Edu Loss. Di Röe's Arnaldo da Fonseca was substituted for Elliot Kellbom. Di Röe's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Herman Benett in the 69th minute. After 93 minutes of play Di Röe's Petter Wallmark was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 94 played minutes Di Röe got a freekick which was hit by Petter Wallmark. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Lost Boys Sports Academy players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
