Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Vissenaeken got free with Giorgio March in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valeriu Oneț during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Valeriu Oneț kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Giorgio March came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Brugge United's Guido Vissenaeken. But to his dismay, Guido Vissenaeken quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After some careless play in the Brugge United defense, Alessandro Del Piero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vítor Baia. The Brugge United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vítor Baia should have stopped the shot. Vítor Baia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pol Petton, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Vítor Baia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pol Petton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Saul Roman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Brugge United's Vítor Baia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pol Petton in the 29th minute of play. Pol Petton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Vítor Baia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the game, Valeriu Oneț threw the ball into play from the sideline. Brugge United's Will Deman quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 35th match minute, Brugge United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Will Deman to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the match, Brugge United's goal looked a bit too open when Pol Petton came free, but Vítor Baia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Giorgio March stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guido Vissenaeken's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Vítor Baia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Roman in the 42nd minute of play. Vítor Baia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pol Petton, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guido Vissenaeken to make the kick off. Giorgio March made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Vissenaeken in the 54th minute of play. Bonifacio Abascal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Vítor Baia made a huge save. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brugge United's goalkeeper Vítor Baia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Brugge United's zone, Alessandro Del Piero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vítor Baia came out of the goal and Alessandro Del Piero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 made a substitution. Gervasio Diagur replaced Bonifacio Abascal. A collision led to Brugge United getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Dacian Hrean hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pol Petton in the 74th minute of play forced Brugge United's goalkeeper Vítor Baia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brugge United were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Waud Huijbrechts took the corner. The corner ended in Dacian Hrean almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Giorgio March did a great save. In the 78th minute of the match Brugge United got a corner. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Waud Huijbrechts ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Brugge United's Ümit Karan getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Giorgio March showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ümit Karan, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Vítor Baia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Almkvist in the 82nd minute of the match. Saul Roman kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Christian Almkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vítor Baia having to make a save. Christian Almkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Vítor Baia made a huge save. Guido Vissenaeken struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Giorgio March didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brugge United.

The Brugge United supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's performance. The match ended with a win for C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07.
