If Max Langford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Heavenly Hooters booed when HollywooDogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fernando Motta didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the game, Manoel Porto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kyle Connor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 21st minute Lucas Ribéry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kyle Connor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barry Lowe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Gigio Buffon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Samuca Donatello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kyle Connor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Ribéry, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 41st match minute, HollywooDogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Régis Batista to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, HollywooDogs's Pedro Luiz Recife got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The supporters of HollywooDogs booed when Heavenly Hooters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dean Hurst didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half HollywooDogs were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 53rd minute, Régis Batista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kyle Connor was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 61 minutes into the game, Marty Hill cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Gigio Buffon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 71st minute Marty Hill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigio Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuca Donatello charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuca Donatello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 72nd minute, Samuca Donatello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the match, HollywooDogs's goal looked a bit too open when Marty Hill came free, but Gigio Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lon Chaney lost his temper 77 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 76th minute, one of Heavenly Hooters:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Heavenly Hooters. In the 81st minute, Lucas Ribéry ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kyle Connor was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. After 84 played minutes HollywooDogs got a freekick which was hit by Celsinho Couto. Heavenly Hooters's Kyle Connor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Heavenly Hooters from getting a goal against them. Gigio Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barry Lowe in the 90th minute of play. After 95 minutes, Jeff Lincoln mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Heavenly Hooters and the HollywooDogs players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Heavenly Hooters's Jeff Lincoln got a free kick in the 95th minute. Sidnei Xavier, 96 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Lucas Ribéry kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match.

The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched HollywooDogs eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
