A nice corner shot did that Léo Porto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sem Titulescu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's Fábio Chițan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nino Maldini in the 12th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Jataiense Futebol Clube's Nino Maldini slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fábio Chițan. That made the score 1-1 after 12 minutes of play. Fábio Chițan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualter Gulak in the 15th minute of the match. Pablo Gombal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sem Titulescu having to interfere. Fábio Chițan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Messias in the 21st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Jataiense Futebol Clube's zone, Léo Porto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sem Titulescu came out of the goal and Léo Porto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ booed when Jataiense Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Mineiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute Raul Elazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sem Titulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 35 minutes, Pablo Gombal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo Gombal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's goal looked a bit too open when Candido Urbes came free, but Fábio Chițan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Gustavo Messias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fábio Chițan having to interfere. Fábio Chițan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Candido Urbes in the 46th minute. The Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Sem Titulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léo Porto, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute.
