Silvestre Fidencio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Virgilio Arotza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaroslaw Niezgoda in the 16th minute of play forced Club A Independiente's goalkeeper Silvestre Fidencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvestre Fidencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaroslaw Niezgoda, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 21 minutes into the game, Ruben Damario recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tobias Pepillo. Ruben Damario showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. 25 minutes into the match, Club A Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Boruc Poling came free, but Silvestre Fidencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silvestre Fidencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaroslaw Niezgoda in the 27th minute of play. Silvestre Fidencio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jaroslaw Niezgoda went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. 31 minutes into the match, Ruben Damario notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Compostela FSCMZ's Tobias Pepillo. Tobias Pepillo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Silvestre Fidencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaroslaw Niezgoda, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chicão Cerezo in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvestre Fidencio saved Club A Independiente from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaroslaw Niezgoda in the 43rd minute of play forced Club A Independiente's goalkeeper Silvestre Fidencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Club A Independiente's Samuel Francis quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Rodrigo Seco, made in the 51st minute of the game. After 56 played minutes Club A Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Ruben Damario. Compostela FSCMZ's Tobias Pepillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Arotza in the 58th minute of play. Chicão Cerezo came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Silvestre Fidencio could save by the left post. With a little luck, Club A Independiente's Silvestre Fidencio got control of the ball when Chicão Cerezo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 66th minute Boruc Poling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Fidencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boruc Poling in the 75th minute of play forced Club A Independiente's goalkeeper Silvestre Fidencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tobias Pepillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruben Damario's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. With 90 minutes on the clock, Costel Zglobiu commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 90th minute, Costel Zglobiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Compostela FSCMZ's Naldo Figueiredo was substituted for Alexander Fabiani. Costel Zglobiu hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. When Clément Barton fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club A Independiente's protests and gave Clément Barton a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. One of Club A Independiente:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Compostela FSCMZ:s goal. In the 96th minute, Compostela FSCMZ got a penalty, and Mauro Paulista placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
