Fausto Agüero made a great header on Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's corner, it was just that Ghost Hunters's Jósef Wandzik managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 13th minute, Ingvar Mogren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ildefonso Foro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Jósef Wandzik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Todd Gronow in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jósef Wandzik saved Ghost Hunters from getting behind. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ghost Hunters's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fausto Agüero was slow to take the kick. During this time Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Martin Justin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ghost Hunters's Jósef Wandzik did a great save. Jósef Wandzik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Todd Gronow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Ghost Hunters's goal looked a bit too open when Todd Gronow came free, but Jósef Wandzik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Todd Gronow in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ghost Hunters's goalie prevented a goal. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ghost Hunters's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Zula Turek heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely.

The wind increased when Todd Gronow made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Doriva Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Janpier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doriva Sousa took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abelardo Janpier. Abelardo Janpier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Martin Justin made in the 57th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Ghost Hunters's Ahmet Gökalp Usal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doriva Sousa in the 62nd minute of play forced Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's goalkeeper Abelardo Janpier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Hipolito Nafarroa was substituted for Napoleon Kolbert. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Andreas Harlén was substituted for Zula Turek. Todd Gronow struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Jósef Wandzik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC. After a defensive mix-up in Ghost Hunters's zone, Inaki Mirabal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jósef Wandzik came out of the goal and Inaki Mirabal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ghost Hunters made a substitution. Victor Nyström replaced Virgo Penc. Abelardo Janpier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doriva Sousa in the 83rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Doriva Sousa in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abelardo Janpier saved Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC from getting behind. The supporters of Ghost Hunters booed when Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Nafarroa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Melquiades Lastur got a free kick in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doriva Sousa in the 94th minute of play forced Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's goalkeeper Abelardo Janpier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
