Eduardo Martini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hüsmen Akbulut, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine's Benjamin Ivens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikail Yerhum in the 16th minute of play. Minuim SS's Luisão Corrêa got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Hüsmen Akbulut came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hüsmen Akbulut couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Minuim SS's zone, Hüsmen Akbulut stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Martini came out of the goal and Hüsmen Akbulut tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Hüsmen Akbulut kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eduardo Martini. That made the score 1-1 in the 29 minute of play. B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine's Eser Arabacıoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine's goalkeeper Benjamin Ivens, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With his leg Eduardo Martini managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine's Hüsmen Akbulut fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sidnei Travassos hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Eduardo Martini successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine's Hipolito Opilano got a free kick in the 46th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Minuim SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eser Arabacıoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2.
