After 9 played minutes Sikilaçi got a freekick which was hit by Alp Arslan. 15 minutes into the game, Woopbongo's Ola Håkansson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emil Malewicz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 18th minute Ola Håkansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Malewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ola Håkansson ran back to his position shaking his head. Emil Malewicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ola Håkansson's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Arif Seçkin in the 33rd minute of play forced Woopbongo's goalkeeper Mats Holmgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cornel Daimacă's late challenge caught a Sikilaçi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cornel Daimacă helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sikilaçi booed when Woopbongo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornel Daimacă didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Sikilaçi's Ahmet Bülent Tugay got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Emil Malewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ola Håkansson in the 44th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ola Håkansson was the one to do the kick off. Rutger Billberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ola Håkansson might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emil Malewicz. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sikilaçi's goalkeeper Emil Malewicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Emil Malewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ola Håkansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mats Holmgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Orhan Kurboga in the 69th minute of the match. Mustafa Arif Seçkin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emil Malewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ola Håkansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ola Håkansson in the 76th minute of play forced Sikilaçi's goalkeeper Emil Malewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emil Malewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ola Håkansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Emil Malewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ola Håkansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Sikilaçi defense, Ola Håkansson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emil Malewicz. The Sikilaçi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emil Malewicz should have stopped the shot. In the 84th minute Ola Håkansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Malewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ola Håkansson in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emil Malewicz saved Sikilaçi from getting behind. Woopbongo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edgar Albohm in the 85th minute. After a rather tough play, Sikilaçi's Alp Arslan got a free kick in the 88th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Sikilaçi's goal looked a bit too open when Ola Håkansson came free, but Emil Malewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emil Malewicz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ola Håkansson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 93 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Woopbongo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sikilaçi.
