Under 18 Universe's Tahsin Orguntay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Under 18 Universe from getting a goal against them. Ahmet Çağrı Özdoa hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. The supporters of Galáctico Azul FC™ booed when Under 18 Universe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hulusi Berkman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enrique Belasko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kadri Coşan in the 26th minute of play. Ümit Akersoy charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ümit Akersoy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Galáctico Azul FC™ booed when Under 18 Universe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ümit Akersoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute of the match Alfredo Xabel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tahsin Orguntay skillfully saved the ball. Osman Ali Seyyid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Belasko having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hulusi Berkman in the 42nd minute of play forced Galáctico Azul FC™'s goalkeeper Enrique Belasko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Kadri Coşan made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Guillermo Miliano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute Gaspar Magdaleno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tahsin Orguntay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Galáctico Azul FC™ getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Gaspar Magdaleno hit a great ball. Galáctico Azul FC™'s Casimiro Ellande was substituted for Gaspar Magdaleno. Enrique Belasko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kadri Coşan in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the match, Under 18 Universe's goal looked a bit too open when Generoso Michael came free, but Tahsin Orguntay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ümit Akersoy in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enrique Belasko saved Galáctico Azul FC™ from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Generoso Michael in the 77th minute of play forced Under 18 Universe's goalkeeper Tahsin Orguntay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredo Xabel kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 78th minute of the match Atalan Maruf shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enrique Belasko showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Galáctico Azul FC™ getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Jose Tiso hit a great ball. In the 80thth minute of the game Kadri Coşan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galáctico Azul FC™'s Enrique Belasko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 86th minute, Atakan Kambay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eulalio Vincent took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tahsin Orguntay. Tahsin Orguntay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Casimiro Ellande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Tahsin Orguntay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Under 18 Universe's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
