When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Vidar Lustig sped through Vestmanna FS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Meinhardt Pauli Jacobsen. When Stig Rosendal came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the IFK Ranger fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stig Rosendal couldn't finish the play. If Kacper Pozorski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vidar Lustig made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Kacper Pozorski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IFK Ranger fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Meinhardt Pauli Jacobsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kacper Pozorski, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 59th minute, Amed Olsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vidar Lustig in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Meinhardt Pauli Jacobsen saved Vestmanna FS from getting behind. Meinhardt Pauli Jacobsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kacper Pozorski in the 66th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 67th minute by Kacper Pozorski got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 70th match minute, IFK Ranger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agne Lindström to maneuver through the defense. After 71 played minutes, Vestmanna FS's Amed Olsen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Harry Drewitz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vestmanna FS reached it. 73 minutes into the game, Alex Rói Jacobsen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Harry Drewitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to IFK Ranger getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Fritz Erserman hit a great ball. Vidar Lustig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meinhardt Pauli Jacobsen having to interfere. Fritz Erserman might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Meinhardt Pauli Jacobsen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fritz Erserman ran back to his position shaking his head. Lukas Dahlman was extremely unlucky when he, in the 87th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vidar Lustig got free with Meinhardt Pauli Jacobsen in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vestmanna FS's Meinhardt Pauli Jacobsen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Vestmanna FS from getting a goal against them. 92 minutes into the game, Kacper Pozorski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-6. Meinhardt Pauli Jacobsen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. IFK Ranger played a much better game than Vestmanna FS and deserved their victory. The Vestmanna FS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
