With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zico Orange in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manoel Schmidt saved Olímpico Blumenau FC from getting behind. A hard shot 11 in the game by Zico Orange from a close distance when the talented Manoel Schmidt managed to make a qualified save. Olímpico Blumenau FC's players were relieved. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Pedrinho Reis managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mário Arce in the 25 minute of the game. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's attentive Pedrinho Reis managed to snatch the ball when Mário Arce made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. In the 29th minute, Raí Orange hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manoel Schmidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zico Orange in the 36th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Manoel Schmidt threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zico Orange, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zico Orange to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Raí Orange cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Manoel Schmidt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Manoel Schmidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bec Orange in the 53rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Olímpico Blumenau FC's zone, Zico Orange stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manoel Schmidt came out of the goal and Zico Orange tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's attentive Pedrinho Reis managed to snatch the ball when Mário Arce made a throw-in in the 57th minute of the game. 63 minutes into the match, Olímpico Blumenau FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zico Orange came free, but Manoel Schmidt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edinho Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Paulo Penha in the 64th minute of the match. Zico Orange took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manoel Schmidt. Manoel Schmidt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Benedito Matorin was substituted for Eusébio Orange. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Aldair Orange was substituted for Carles Orange. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ made a substitution. Hudson de Godoi replaced Raí Orange. After a rather tough play, Olímpico Blumenau FC's Válbson Ferraz got a free kick in the 69th minute. After some careless play in the Olímpico Blumenau FC defense, Zico Orange kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manoel Schmidt. The Olímpico Blumenau FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manoel Schmidt should have stopped the shot. Zico Orange sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Olímpico Blumenau FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zico Orange was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Olímpico Blumenau FC made a substitution. Raí Meirelles replaced Gildo Aguiar. Zico Orange recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Edinho Pirani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Carlos Alves in the 85th minute of play. Pedrinho Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manoel Schmidt having to interfere. In the 90th minute Pedrinho Reis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manoel Schmidt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedrinho Reis scored 7-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manoel Schmidt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zico Orange received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Manoel Schmidt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ had won after a very even match.
