In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind SeleSantos FC's goalkeeper Dinei Pinheiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dinei Pinheiro came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Jereba 4EVER's João Pedro Moreno. But to his dismay, João Pedro Moreno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Dinei Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dito Quirino in the 26th minute of play. After some careless play in the Jereba 4EVER defense, Leif Törnqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maicon Trevisan. The Jereba 4EVER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maicon Trevisan should have stopped the shot. Maicon Trevisan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacobo Casado, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After some careless play in the SeleSantos FC defense, Dito Quirino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dinei Pinheiro. The SeleSantos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dinei Pinheiro should have stopped the shot. Dinei Pinheiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dito Quirino went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Dito Quirino sped through SeleSantos FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dinei Pinheiro. 46 minutes into the match, Enio Terra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dinei Pinheiro. SeleSantos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enio Terra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5.

Jereba 4EVER made a substitution. Geovani Sanches replaced Dito Quirino. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Niilo Mikkola stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Jereba 4EVER's Geovani Sanches sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dinei Pinheiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Geovani Sanches might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dinei Pinheiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geovani Sanches ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Geovani Sanches's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dinei Pinheiro was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Dinei Pinheiro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Vânderson de Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, SeleSantos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Geovani Sanches came free, but Dinei Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Jereba 4EVER walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
