The supporters of Motta Futebol Clube booed when Litoral EC - CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dagoberto Custódio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Motta Futebol Clube fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Motta Futebol Clube's Válbson de Alcântara looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Litoral EC - CIMZ's Kıvanç Bengi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Litoral EC - CIMZ from getting a goal against them. 30 minutes into the match, Lu Ladron dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kıvanç Bengi, 2-3. 33 minutes into the game, Freddie Vennerberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Motta Futebol Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Litoral EC - CIMZ the free kick. 35 minutes into the match, Motta Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Dagoberto Custódio came free, but Aírton de Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aírton de Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Petri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joseph Joestar to make the kick off. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Litoral EC - CIMZ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
