He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Batalhão do Peçanha reached it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zé Pedro Baptista was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zé Pedro Baptista in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guilherme Mendonça saved FC St. Pauli from getting behind. In the 60th minute, Zé Pedro Baptista made a precise shot to the right of Guilherme Mendonça. FC St. Pauli's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. 64 minutes into the game, Batalhão do Peçanha's Arnaldo Tróia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guilherme Mendonça made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. In the 66th match minute, FC St. Pauli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willian Guerra to maneuver through the defense. If Zé Pedro Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the match, FC St. Pauli's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Pedro Baptista came free, but Guilherme Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the game, Batalhão do Peçanha's Zé Pedro Baptista nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guilherme Mendonça came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Batalhão do Peçanha's Zé Pedro Baptista. But to his dismay, Zé Pedro Baptista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Batalhão do Peçanha had played much better football throughout.
