Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Maravilla's Paolo Munio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Gorosti in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Eusebio Gorosti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paolo Munio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Baltasar Gaitan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Munio having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Eleuterio Ekain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Paulo Arnau took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Apolo Quilo to make any attempt to save it. Eusebio Gorosti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paolo Munio having to make a save. Eusebio Gorosti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Paolo Munio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cable a Tierra's Eleuterio Ekain got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cable a Tierra's Fernan Lugo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Roque Iratzeder, made in the 29th minute of the game. 35 minutes into the game, Fernan Lugo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Maravilla's Ovidio Birila quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Paolo Munio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Eztebe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 minutes Maravilla's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fernan Lugo who took care of the corner kick. After 46 played minutes Cable a Tierra got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Gorosti.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Delmar Playo to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Victoriano Eztebe kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paolo Munio. That made the score 1-3 in the 55 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Maravilla's zone, Eleuterio Ekain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paolo Munio came out of the goal and Eleuterio Ekain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Maravilla getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Damian Cesaro hit a great ball. After having played for 64 minutes, Eleuterio Ekain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cable a Tierra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eleuterio Ekain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Cable a Tierra booed when Maravilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Arnau didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Victoriano Eztebe fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cable a Tierra's protests and gave Victoriano Eztebe a yellow card for diving instead. Victoriano Eztebe kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maravilla's goalkeeper Paolo Munio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Damian Cesaro kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Eusebio Gorosti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paolo Munio. Maravilla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eusebio Gorosti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Cable a Tierra played a much better game than Maravilla and deserved their victory. The Maravilla players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
