The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the last second Åke Forss throw himself and got hold of the ball when Dé Favoretto in the 4thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. If Dé Favoretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th match minute, ITAFUT 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Augusto Novaes to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute Tobias Unesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jardel Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, one of ITAFUT 4EVER:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave AC Trollebo a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jörn Söderman, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ITAFUT 4EVER's Jardel Fernandez. 0-1. Jardel Fernandez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Jardel Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Unesson in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of ITAFUT 4EVER booed when AC Trollebo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Unesson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th match minute, ITAFUT 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dé Favoretto to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute Jörn Söderman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jardel Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot by Cléber Palmeira from long distance, 47 minutes into the match, got Åke Forss's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side.
The wind increased when Tobias Unesson made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 50 minutes, Beto Viana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ITAFUT 4EVER's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beto Viana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ITAFUT 4EVER's Jardel Fernandez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save ITAFUT 4EVER from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Orlando Mineiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Åke Forss was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. In the 59th match minute, ITAFUT 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renatinho Urbano to maneuver through the defense. José Augusto Novaes took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Åke Forss. Åke Forss dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 64th minute, Breno Freitas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Ove Bergkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Augusto Novaes in the 74th minute of play forced AC Trollebo's goalkeeper Åke Forss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of ITAFUT 4EVER booed when AC Trollebo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joachim Bengtsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to AC Trollebo getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Jörn Söderman hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the game, José Augusto Novaes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Åke Forss was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Erivaldo Marques managed to get in a good position for a shot. ITAFUT 4EVER's supporters rose to their feet, but Erivaldo Marques was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Åke Forss breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. AC Trollebo's Åke Forss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Augusto Novaes in the 93rd minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
