The Sarkaz FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mümtaz Ünlü should have stopped the shot. Abuzer Özata hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute, Göksel Taşdan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 1930 Bafraspor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mümtaz Ünlü prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Göksel Taşdan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efekan Elhan in the 34th minute of play forced 1930 Bafraspor's goalkeeper Çakır Alyakut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Göksel Taşdan made a kick off. If Han Cheng Xun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mümtaz Ünlü showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Johansson in the 69th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sarkaz FC's zone, Rıdvan Balıkçı stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mümtaz Ünlü came out of the goal and Rıdvan Balıkçı tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 83 minutes of play, 1930 Bafraspor's Rıdvan Balıkçı made it 9-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mümtaz Ünlü was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mümtaz Ünlü came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by 1930 Bafraspor's Rıdvan Balıkçı. But to his dismay, Rıdvan Balıkçı quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-1. Rıdvan Balıkçı struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Mümtaz Ünlü didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 1930 Bafraspor. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. 1930 Bafraspor had played much better football throughout.
