Victoriano Bernaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erlantz Bermejo, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Dep Colonia Avellaneda's goal looked a bit too open when Erlantz Bermejo came free, but Victoriano Bernaldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victoriano Bernaldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erlantz Bermejo in the 11th minute of the match. A.D. Alcorcón's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nereo Acosta in the 13th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Dep Colonia Avellaneda's goalie and right to Erlantz Bermejo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Victoriano Bernaldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Dep Colonia Avellaneda from getting a goal against them. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonin Leroyer in the 21st minute of play. Belo Alvarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Victoriano Bernaldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Rosa in the 26th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Erlantz Bermejo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victoriano Bernaldo was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. In the 43rd minute, Mariano Silbestre made a precise shot to the right of Maurino Serena. A.D. Alcorcón's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 49th minute A.D. Alcorcón were awarded a corner. Nereo Acosta went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Nereo Acosta almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Victoriano Bernaldo did a great save.

In the 57th minute, Erlantz Bermejo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.D. Alcorcón fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. A.D. Alcorcón's Laurin Mangas was substituted for Nereo Acosta. The audience was convinced that Darryl Buckner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maurino Serena was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. After 68 minutes Dep Colonia Avellaneda's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Erlantz Bermejo who took care of the corner kick. The corner led A.D. After some careless play in the A.D. Alcorcón defense, Leopoldo Rosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maurino Serena. The A.D. Alcorcón fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maurino Serena should have stopped the shot. 81 minutes into the match, Dep Colonia Avellaneda's goal looked a bit too open when Belo Alvarez came free, but Victoriano Bernaldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victoriano Bernaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erlantz Bermejo in the 83rd minute of play. In the 90th match minute, Dep Colonia Avellaneda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonin Leroyer to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Antonin Leroyer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erlantz Bermejo in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victoriano Bernaldo saved Dep Colonia Avellaneda from getting behind. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
