GuateFortín's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albert Remus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 22 minutes into the match, BESTIA GDAŃSK's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Edvin Jansson came free, but Leszek Huchro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Edvin Jansson scored 1-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leszek Huchro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, GuateFortín's Nery Pumpido got control of the ball when Patricio Otoniel tried to sneak it across the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Angel Alvarenga notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of BESTIA GDAŃSK's Leszek Huchro. The BESTIA GDAŃSK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. GuateFortín were winning 1-3.

GuateFortín's attentive Roberto Trotta managed to snatch the ball when Cyryl Tyszka made a throw-in in the 50th minute of the game. Nery Pumpido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Remus in the 54th minute of the match. Zico Zellier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Leszek Huchro made a huge save. GuateFortín's Roberto Trotta managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cyryl Tyszka in the 59 minute of the game. Leszek Huchro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zico Zellier in the 62nd minute of play. GuateFortín's Máximo Perrone was substituted for Heriberto Correa. GuateFortín's Mario Gomez was substituted for Roberto Trotta. GuateFortín made a substitution. William Villanueva replaced Zico Zellier. Fabio Huezo made in the 71st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Máximo Perrone immediately put the ball in play. Leszek Huchro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Jansson in the 86th minute of play. In the 93rd minute Albert Remus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nery Pumpido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
