GRINGO FC's Leopoldo Lop proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save GRINGO FC from getting a goal against them. Leopoldo Lop showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hakan Kaan in the 5th minute of the match. Ambrosio Dacio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anier Selatse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hakan Kaan in the 8th minute of play forced GRINGO FC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Lop to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the game, Hakan Kaan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Leopoldo Lop was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ambrosio Dacio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Traiphob Nejmann in the 16th minute of the match. With a little luck, GRINGO FC's Leopoldo Lop got control of the ball when Toro Halland tried to sneak it across the goal line. Centeno were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after GRINGO FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Abelardo Bernabel took the corner. GRINGO FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Toro Halland was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 58 minutes into the match, Centeno's goalkeeper Ambrosio Dacio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabian Polo. Gogo Clodio made in the 60th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Dariusz Adamski. Ambrosio Dacio stood somewhat misplaced when Fabian Polo came free in front of goal and shot 2-2 to the left of him in the 62 minute. In the 69th minute Fabian Polo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ambrosio Dacio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Centeno getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Dariusz Adamski hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, GRINGO FC's Mauricio Rodas got a free kick in the 71st minute. Igor Celio kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Adrian Hegoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Ambrosio Dacio made a huge save. Ambrosio Dacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Traiphob Nejmann in the 80th minute of play. Centeno made a substitution. Victorino Haritzeder replaced Herbert Skrzypiec. Carlos Eduardo Rosa hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Ambrosio Dacio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Polo in the 85th minute of the match. Leopoldo Lop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteve Jurdan in the 92nd minute of play. In the 95th minute Toro Halland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Lop saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 98 minutes, Ambrosio Dacio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Neither team could find the winning goal during normal time. The second half finished 2-2. Extra-time would have to be played.

With new strength the players walked out on the field for the first half of overtime. Esteve Jurdan in Centeno was the one to initiate the kick off. GRINGO FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 101st minute, when Toro Halland scored to the left of an out of position Leopoldo Lop, making the score, 3-2. The Centeno players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
