The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. MARTINETA's Carlos Cesaro got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 5th minute Carlos Cesaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bin Abbiati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Cesaro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bin Abbiati read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, MARTINETA's goalkeeper Bartolo Beliran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Natalio Gagriel. MARTINETA were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Mitutonio F. C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lv Qiang Xiao took the corner. Albino Eliu was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Bin Abbiati showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Cesaro in the 35th minute of the match. Bartolo Beliran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Blades, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nacho Roca during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Carlos Cesaro made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Mitutonio F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Rafal Kaszubowski came free, but Bin Abbiati reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bin Abbiati showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafal Kaszubowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mitutonio F. C.'s goalkeeper Bin Abbiati, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bartolo Beliran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Blades, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bartolo Beliran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Blades in the 58th minute of the match. Nildo Perez kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Bartolo Beliran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Gagriel, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After 75 minutes of play Mitutonio F. C.'s Ruben Blades was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 75 played minutes Mitutonio F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Ruben Blades. After a rather tough play, Mitutonio F. C.'s Ruben Blades got a free kick in the 76th minute. If Lv Qiang Xiao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. MARTINETA's Bartolo Beliran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Nigbor in the 84th minute of play. Bartolo Beliran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Nigbor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lv Qiang Xiao in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bin Abbiati prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Bin Abbiati managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when MARTINETA's Lv Qiang Xiao fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Lv Qiang Xiao took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Bin Abbiati to make any attempt to save it.

Chants of MARTINETA echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Mitutonio F. C. had held the ball for most of the match.
