Seating: 100, VIP seats: 8) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Manoel Xavier started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Hagi in the 6th minute of play forced Hydra's goalkeeper Orlando Chepe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sportivo Ben Hur's goalkeeper Montrell Harrell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 8 minutes into the game, Justo Cefero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hydra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sportivo Ben Hur the free kick. Justo Cefero hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Lluis in the 9th minute of play forced Hydra's goalkeeper Orlando Chepe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Hydra's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Chaime came free, but Orlando Chepe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orlando Chepe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Lluis in the 12th minute of the match. After 16 minutes Sportivo Ben Hur's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Delmar Kismi who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Ruben Reyes managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 20 minutes into the match, Hydra's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Lluis came free, but Orlando Chepe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Sportivo Ben Hur's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Ladio came free, but Montrell Harrell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manoel Xavier came free with the goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Montrell Harrell could save by the left post. With a little luck, Sportivo Ben Hur's Montrell Harrell got control of the ball when Manoel Xavier tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 28th match minute, Hydra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manoel Xavier to maneuver through the defense. After 29 minutes of play, Sportivo Ben Hur's Anselmo Lluis made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orlando Chepe was left in no man's land by his defense there! Orlando Chepe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primitivo Chaime in the 36th minute of the match. Orlando Chepe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primitivo Chaime, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Reyes in the 39th minute of play forced Sportivo Ben Hur's goalkeeper Montrell Harrell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Ruben Reyes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Montrell Harrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hydra's Orlando Chepe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Lluis in the 42nd minute of play. In the 46th minute, Jorge Hagi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Montrell Harrell came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Hydra's Manoel Xavier. But to his dismay, Manoel Xavier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Jorge Hagi made the kick off in the second half. Jorge Hagi struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Orlando Chepe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sportivo Ben Hur. The referee felt a red card was in order, 63 minutes into the game, when Rodolfo Arruabarrena put in a rough tackle. Hydra:s Orlando Chepe showed great skill when he stopped Witalis Maruda:s penalty. Orlando Chepe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Primitivo Chaime in the 67th minute. In the 70th minute Anselmo Lluis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Chepe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orlando Chepe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Lluis in the 72nd minute of the match. Montrell Harrell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruben Reyes's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. After a rather tough play, Hydra's Leopoldo Ladio got a free kick in the 79th minute. Hydra's Domingos Taurino was substituted for Camilo Caradaro. Hydra's Mario Emmanuel was substituted for Leopoldo Ladio. Sportivo Ben Hur's Emanuel Hielscher was substituted for Délio Toledo. After 80 played minutes Hydra got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Ladio. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justo Cefero in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Montrell Harrell saved Sportivo Ben Hur from getting behind. In the 89th minute Ruben Reyes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Montrell Harrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Montrell Harrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manoel Xavier in the 94th minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Ruben Reyes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Montrell Harrell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
Hydra's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
