Chucky Norris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prodan Milchov in the 6th minute of play. If You Nan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wojciech Kobeko received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alvaro Urre came out and tried to block the shot, but Wojciech Kobeko slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 11th minute. In the 16th minute of the match Carlos Santana sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alvaro Urre skillfully saved the ball. In the 18th minute Prodan Milchov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chucky Norris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Wojciech Kobeko was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 21st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wojciech Kobeko got free with Alvaro Urre in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wojciech Kobeko had several of the Rosario Central's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 27 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Alvaro Urre as he didn't even see the shot coming. Aureliano Laurendi kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 34th minute, SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Wojciech Kobeko dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. Alvaro Urre made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when You Nan sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Alvaro Urre managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Wojciech Kobeko fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Pedro Jaunti was substituted for Carlos Santana. SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Cipriano Senen was substituted for Wojciech Kobeko. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ben Breton made a kick off. Alvaro Urre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ben Breton in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th match minute, SAN MARTIN F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Urdaspal to maneuver through the defense. Ben Breton scored 5-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alvaro Urre, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 72 minutes into the match, SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Ben Breton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alvaro Urre narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Raul Efraim hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Bingen in the 76th minute of play forced SAN MARTIN F.C.'s goalkeeper Chucky Norris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute, Ben Breton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SAN MARTIN F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Rosario Central's goalkeeper Alvaro Urre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ben Breton in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvaro Urre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 88th minute of the game. One of Rosario Central:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SAN MARTIN F.C.:s goal. Ben Breton walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After 92 minutes of play, SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Ben Breton made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alvaro Urre was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Rosario Central defense, Ben Breton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvaro Urre. The Rosario Central fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvaro Urre should have stopped the shot.

When the referee ended the match the SAN MARTIN F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
