CJ Klose's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcial Lordi firmly grabbed it by the left post. 18 minutes into the match, RIVER's goal looked a bit too open when CJ Klose came free, but Marcial Lordi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Yrigoyen.F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Târban came free, but Baldomiro Justin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baldomiro Justin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wu Li Zhi in the 28th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, RIVER's goal looked a bit too open when Mahir Uyun came free, but Marcial Lordi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. RIVER's Marcial Lordi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by CJ Klose in the 34th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Niki Lauda had several of the Yrigoyen.F.C's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 56 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-1 score and a disappointed Baldomiro Justin as he didn't even see the shot coming. CJ Klose fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Lordi having to interfere. Marco Rudolfo made in the 66th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Eric Târban immediately put the ball in play. CJ Klose sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marcial Lordi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from CJ Klose, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Marcial Lordi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from CJ Klose in the 80th minute of the match. When CJ Klose came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Yrigoyen.F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that CJ Klose couldn't finish the play. Yrigoyen.F.C made a substitution. In the 93rd minute Diego Milito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Lordi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fidel Gora could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Baldomiro Justin made a huge save. Giovanni Lenhardt made in the 96th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Eric Târban.
