Raul Jax showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ayoví Costoya in the 15th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Puerto Quito's Rufino Giron slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Raul Jax. That made the score 1-0 after 31 minutes of play. Raul Jax was a little too slow when Jhon Costa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 2-0. Jhon Costa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Raul Jax made a huge save. After having played for 39 minutes, Lucas Alario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Alario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rufino Giron made a kick off. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Rufino Giron sped through A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Raul Jax. In the 59th match minute, A.D Atlético Villa Gesell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nunez Bordat to maneuver through the defense. Diego Narbona, 59 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 60 minutes, Armando Larrieta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Puerto Quito and the A.D Atlético Villa Gesell players grew even worse after the yellow card. Raul Jax stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ayoví Costoya's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Raul Jax made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ayoví Costoya in the 73rd minute of play. Raul Jax took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rufino Giron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's Raul Jax played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Huemen in the 77th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Larrieta came free, but Raul Jax reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's Raul Jax played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rufino Giron in the 82nd minute of play. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Rufino Giron sped through A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Raul Jax. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Alario in the 87th minute of play forced Club Puerto Quito's goalkeeper Mauricio Precioso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diego Narbona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raul Jax read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Mauricio Precioso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Alario in the 94th minute of the match. Club Puerto Quito's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
