Albano Unzueta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Berriotxoa in the 7th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, C.D. Ciudad de Soria's Martin Berriotxoa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Albano Unzueta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 10th minute of the match C.D. Ciudad de Soria got a corner. Los once leones Ourense's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wei Chang ran over to the corner to take the kick. Arrosko Rojas made a great header on C.D. Ciudad de Soria's corner, it was just that Los once leones Ourense's Albano Unzueta managed to reach the ball for a save. Ramond Landa hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. When Martin Berriotxoa came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the C.D. Ciudad de Soria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Berriotxoa couldn't finish the play. Pablo-Enrique Alabern fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olo Kahn having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Los once leones Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Arrosko Rojas came free, but Albano Unzueta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Los once leones Ourense's Olo Kahn threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nereo Cacheres, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nereo Cacheres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albano Unzueta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Berriotxoa in the 30th minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Los once leones Ourense's goalie and right to Teodoro Zamora. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Los once leones Ourense's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Albano Unzueta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Berriotxoa in the 36th minute of the match. Olo Kahn made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Pablo-Enrique Alabern sent off a good shot on target. 38 minutes into the match, Los once leones Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Arrosko Rojas came free, but Albano Unzueta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Nereo Cacheres was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los once leones Ourense's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.D. Ciudad de Soria the free kick. The supporters of C.D. Ciudad de Soria booed when Los once leones Ourense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edelmiro Calvo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute of the match Wei Chang sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Albano Unzueta skillfully saved the ball. Pablo-Enrique Alabern hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. When Arrosko Rojas came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the C.D. Ciudad de Soria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arrosko Rojas couldn't finish the play. In the 45th match minute, C.D. Ciudad de Soria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wei Chang to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Martin Berriotxoa made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martin Berriotxoa in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albano Unzueta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arrosko Rojas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Albano Unzueta made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Albano Unzueta successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some careless play in the Los once leones Ourense defense, Martin Berriotxoa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albano Unzueta. The Los once leones Ourense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albano Unzueta should have stopped the shot. C.D. Ciudad de Soria made a substitution. Gabriel Redondo replaced Martin Berriotxoa. In the 67th minute of the match, Gabriel Redondo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Albano Unzueta saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Albano Unzueta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Redondo in the 73rd minute of the match. Gabriel Redondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albano Unzueta having to interfere. C.D. Ciudad de Soria supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing C.D. Ciudad de Soria would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
