With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jairo Castellano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bozhil Vaptzarov didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 5th minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Bozhil Vaptzarov ran dejectedly back to his position. After a defensive mix-up in Club Getafe Deportivo's zone, Bozhil Vaptzarov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Castellano came out of the goal and Bozhil Vaptzarov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Bozhil Vaptzarov sped through Club Getafe Deportivo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jairo Castellano. 12 minutes into the match, Club Getafe Deportivo's goalkeeper Jairo Castellano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bozhil Vaptzarov. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bozhil Vaptzarov in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jairo Castellano saved Club Getafe Deportivo from getting behind. 29 minutes into the match, Club Getafe Deportivo's Curcio Carballeira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gonsalve Flores narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Club Getafe Deportivo were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after U.D. Mancini's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Orlo Sarrate took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of U.D. Mancini's goalie and right to Rafael Navarro. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. U.D. Mancini's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 34 minutes into the match, Club Getafe Deportivo's goal looked a bit too open when Bozhil Vaptzarov came free, but Jairo Castellano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club Getafe Deportivo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Bozhil Vaptzarov scored to the left of an out of position Jairo Castellano, making the score, 2-0. Gonsalve Flores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Curcio Carballeira in the 38th minute of play. Jairo Castellano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bozhil Vaptzarov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 minutes Club Getafe Deportivo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bozhil Vaptzarov who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Club Getafe Deportivo getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Curcio Carballeira hit a great ball. Bozhil Vaptzarov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gonsalve Flores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Curcio Carballeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the game, Club Getafe Deportivo's Curcio Carballeira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gonsalve Flores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1.

U.D. Mancini's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bozhil Vaptzarov in the 55th minute. The corner led to U.D. Mancini's Rolando Salvatore getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Bozhil Vaptzarov sped through Club Getafe Deportivo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jairo Castellano. Jairo Castellano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Pedrosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. U.D. Mancini's Gonsalve Flores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrico Del Bosque in the 68th minute of play. Curcio Carballeira in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gonsalve Flores, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 78 minutes into the match, Club Getafe Deportivo's Henrico Del Bosque sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gonsalve Flores narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jairo Castellano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Pedrosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bozhil Vaptzarov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jairo Castellano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Gonsalve Flores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. U.D. Mancini's Urbes Marcilla was substituted for Henrik Larsson.
