Sancho Vesel made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Alessio Giusti sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Giampaolo Pazzini put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Domenico Lauro. Ferruccio Scalabrino hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute Alessio Giusti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sancho Vesel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giampaolo Pazzini in the 29th minute of play forced NewDip F.C.'s goalkeeper Domenico Lauro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristiano Ramundo scored 0-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Domenico Lauro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camillo Tolin in the 32nd minute of play forced NewDip F.C.'s goalkeeper Domenico Lauro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos-Armando Valderrama sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 39 minutes, Cristoforo Grandis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. U21 Italy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristoforo Grandis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The NewDip F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. In the 84th match minute, U21 Italy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camillo Tolin to maneuver through the defense. After 86 minutes U21 Italy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alberigo Sacchi who took care of the corner kick. The corner led NewDip F.C.'s Alberigo Sacchi to fire away a dangerous shot which Sancho Vesel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, NewDip F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Camillo Tolin came free, but Domenico Lauro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, NewDip F.C.'s Carter Albertosi got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Cristoforo Grandis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Domenico Lauro. NewDip F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. NewDip F.C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
