In the 16th minute, Matxin Maliaño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matxin Maliaño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Epifanio Gabrio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Penuel Football Club's Epifanio Gabrio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matxin Maliaño in the 22nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Rai Dorrial could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Apolo Chica however easily saved by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Matxin Maliaño managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Vieja Guardia Jrs's supporters rose to their feet, but Matxin Maliaño was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Epifanio Gabrio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillerme Escarraz in the 32nd minute of play forced Penuel Football Club's goalkeeper Epifanio Gabrio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Nunez Musko came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Penuel Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nunez Musko couldn't finish the play. With a left leg Epifanio Gabrio saved Penuel Football Club from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Musko in the 45th minute of play forced La Vieja Guardia Jrs's goalkeeper Apolo Chica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Matxin Maliaño made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Matxin Maliaño could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Epifanio Gabrio however easily saved by the left post. La Vieja Guardia Jrs were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Penuel Football Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Guillerme Escarraz took the corner. Severino Turres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. La Vieja Guardia Jrs's Calisto Requena was substituted for Froilan Romillo. The audience was convinced that Nunez Musko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Apolo Chica was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Rai Dorrial's late challenge caught a La Vieja Guardia Jrs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rai Dorrial helped the player get up and apologised. 80 minutes into the game, Penuel Football Club's Lizer Cordal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Apolo Chica made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. A collision led to Penuel Football Club getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Yu Jing Kun hit a great ball. 86 minutes into the match, Penuel Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Inigo Guceño came free, but Epifanio Gabrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 88 minutes Penuel Football Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Guillerme Escarraz who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on La Vieja Guardia Jrs's corner Calisto Requena fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Epifanio Gabrio quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to Penuel Football Club getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Severino Turres hit a great ball. Penuel Football Club's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
