R.B Leipzig's Ian Grande proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save R.B Leipzig from getting a goal against them. R.B Leipzig's Jude Sandoval managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mustafa Er in the 10 minute of the game. Bilbo Frecha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Seyfettin Sadak managed to get in a good position for a shot. R.B Leipzig's supporters rose to their feet, but Seyfettin Sadak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beltza Morell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Seyfettin Sadak scored 1-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Beltza Morell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 24 minutes into the match, ATLETICO HUILA F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Seyfettin Sadak came free, but Beltza Morell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seyfettin Sadak in the 28th minute of play forced ATLETICO HUILA F.C's goalkeeper Beltza Morell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Seyfettin Sadak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Beltza Morell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Beltza Morell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Seyfettin Sadak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Timeteo Hernani in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ian Grande, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 38th minute, Bilbo Frecha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the match, R.B Leipzig's goalkeeper Ian Grande had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Timeteo Hernani. Seyfettin Sadak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Beltza Morell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 47 minutes, Bilbo Frecha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ATLETICO HUILA F.C and the R.B Leipzig players grew even worse after the yellow card. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Timeteo Hernani to strike the kick off in the second half. Ian Grande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timeteo Hernani in the 52nd minute of the match. Beltza Morell made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Seyfettin Sadak sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seyfettin Sadak in the 72nd minute of play forced ATLETICO HUILA F.C's goalkeeper Beltza Morell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, R.B Leipzig's goal looked a bit too open when Bilbo Frecha came free, but Ian Grande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Simo Laht was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. R.B Leipzig's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ATLETICO HUILA F.C the free kick. The supporters of ATLETICO HUILA F.C booed when R.B Leipzig was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simo Laht didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Timeteo Hernani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 84 played minutes ATLETICO HUILA F.C got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Er. Seyfettin Sadak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, ATLETICO HUILA F.C's Beltza Morell got control of the ball when Seyfettin Sadak tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ian Grande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timeteo Hernani in the 88th minute of the match. R.B Leipzig's Seyfettin Sadak got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. ATLETICO HUILA F.C's Mustafa Er quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jude Sandoval, made in the 95th minute of the game.
