Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lars Sundström kicked off to start the match. Alaaddin Solskjær showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Czeszejko, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Vladan Kovačević made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Einar Hedström sent off a good shot on target. Einar Hedström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Vladan Kovačević made a huge save. Alaaddin Solskjær showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Morientes in the 9th minute of the match. Vladan Kovačević took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Einar Hedström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Olimpia HSB's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Sundström came free, but Vladan Kovačević reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vladan Kovačević stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fredric Hybbert's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. FC Kurdistan's Alaaddin Solskjær played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Walczak in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Olimpia HSB's goalkeeper Vladan Kovačević had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Einar Hedström. If Einar Hedström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Sundström in the 27th minute of play forced Olimpia HSB's goalkeeper Vladan Kovačević to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabian Czeszejko might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alaaddin Solskjær. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabian Czeszejko ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 29th minute Fabian Czeszejko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alaaddin Solskjær saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35thth minute of the game Fabian Czeszejko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Kurdistan's Alaaddin Solskjær was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 36 minutes FC Kurdistan's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fernando Morientes who took care of the corner kick. Fredric Hybberts short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Vladan Kovačević to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A sloppy throw-in by Tomáš Petrásek in the 43rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Kurdistan's Erhard Esbo. After 44 played minutes FC Kurdistan got a freekick which was hit by Lars Sundström. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

51 minutes into the match, Lars Sundström notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Olimpia HSB's Vladan Kovačević. Vladan Kovačević was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vladan Kovačević showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Sundström in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute FC Kurdistan were awarded a corner. Roni Ronaldinho went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led FC Kurdistan's Lars Sundström to fire away a dangerous shot which Vladan Kovačević despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alaaddin Solskjær took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Czeszejko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Kurdistan's Jörgen Levander was substituted for Einar Hedström. FC Kurdistan's Iwan Kasiewski was substituted for Yin Yun Fan. FC Kurdistan's Elliot Nordgren was substituted for Lars Sundström. Alaaddin Solskjær came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Olimpia HSB's Fabian Czeszejko. But to his dismay, Fabian Czeszejko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Olimpia HSB's Jacek Pietrowiak was substituted for Fabian Czeszejko. Olimpia HSB's Witold Prosowski was substituted for Tomáš Petrásek. Vladan Kovačević showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredric Hybbert in the 80th minute of the match. FC Kurdistan's Alaaddin Solskjær played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacek Pietrowiak in the 87th minute of play. In the 94th minute, Elliot Nordgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Kurdistan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Olimpia HSB players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Kurdistan.
