FC Angst vorm Ball's Jens Schrape played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolf Hitman in the 10th minute of play. Jens Schrape made an important save on a dangerous shot by 曹桑适 in the 13th minute. 15 minutes into the match, FC Angst vorm Ball's goalkeeper Jens Schrape had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 曹桑适. In the 17th minute, Matthias Zahn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 胡远夕 was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 胡远夕 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hartmut Hägele went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Jens Schrape made an important save on a dangerous shot by 曹桑适 in the 27th minute. In the 30th minute, Joachim Krabbe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, FC Angst vorm Ball's Jens Schrape got control of the ball when 曹桑适 tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Herman Biörkman got free with Jens Schrape in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 36 minutes into the match, 安徽天柱俱乐部队's goal looked a bit too open when Joachim Krabbe came free, but 胡远夕 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jens Schrape made an important save on a dangerous shot by 曹桑适 in the 39th minute. Igor Radomski kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Jens Schrape made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 曹桑适 in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthias Zahn in the 44th minute of play forced 安徽天柱俱乐部队's goalkeeper 胡远夕 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 胡远夕 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hartmut Hägele, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Matthias Zahn to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the FC Angst vorm Ball defense, Adolf Hitman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens Schrape. The FC Angst vorm Ball fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens Schrape should have stopped the shot. Jens Schrape stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adolf Hitman's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. The supporters of 安徽天柱俱乐部队 booed when FC Angst vorm Ball was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marko Köller didn't get a good kick on the ball. Despite this Jens Schrape quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 安徽天柱俱乐部队's 胡远夕 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save 安徽天柱俱乐部队 from getting a goal against them. In the 75th minute, Adolf Hitman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jens Schrape was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Adolf Hitman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Jens Schrape tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jens Schrape made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 康乐适 in the 79th minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, 安徽天柱俱乐部队's goal looked a bit too open when Björn Michael came free, but 胡远夕 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 胡远夕 came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Angst vorm Ball's Joachim Krabbe. But to his dismay, Joachim Krabbe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. 安徽天柱俱乐部队 made a substitution. 汪鹏洲 replaced Herman Biörkman. Jens Schrape showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 郑皓朋, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 95th minute, 郑皓朋 made a precise shot to the right of Jens Schrape. FC Angst vorm Ball's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. In the 98th minute Björn Michael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 胡远夕 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both players had fought hard during the second half to keep the score at 3-3. The tie meant more entertainment for the crowd as the match moved into extra-time.

The players didn't get much rest, but they still tried to pep each other up as they lined up for the first half in overtime. 安徽天柱俱乐部队's 郑皓朋 started the play with his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by 郑皓朋 in the 105th minute of play forced FC Angst vorm Ball's goalkeeper Jens Schrape to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the last second Jens Schrape throw himself and got hold of the ball when 郑皓朋 in the 105thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 109 minutes into the match, 安徽天柱俱乐部队's goal looked a bit too open when Matthias Zahn came free, but 胡远夕 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 郑皓朋 in the 110th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jens Schrape prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 114 minutes into the match, 康乐适 dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jens Schrape, 4-3. FC Angst vorm Ball's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
