The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Moise Zbârcea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Våleman, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. TOP-STAKES's Moise Zbârcea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 16th minute of play. Patrick Armstrong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karol Dytrych in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Zbyszek Gdowski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Patrick Armstrong. Zbyszek Gdowski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. TOP-STAKES's Moise Zbârcea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 27th minute of play. After having played for 29 minutes, Zbyszek Gdowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TOP-STAKES's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zbyszek Gdowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patrick Armstrong was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zbyszek Gdowski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 32 minute of play. 35 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when TOP-STAKES's Karol Dytrych fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Moise Zbârcea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Linkhorst in the 37th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zbyszek Gdowski was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, TOP-STAKES's Karol Dytrych nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrick Armstrong made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Moise Zbârcea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Linkhorst in the 55th minute of the match. Adrian Våleman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Moise Zbârcea made a huge save. Moise Zbârcea was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Andreas Spante capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Andreas Spante really showed his touch with that goal: 5-2. After 59 played minutes ManagerZone Crew got a freekick which was hit by Peter Linkhorst. In the 64th minute Zbyszek Gdowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Armstrong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, TOP-STAKES's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Linkhorst came free, but Moise Zbârcea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Zbyszek Gdowski notched a goal, 6-2, to the right of ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong. Patrick Armstrong was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calistrat Brezoi in the 76th minute of play forced ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th match minute, TOP-STAKES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbyszek Gdowski to maneuver through the defense. Moise Zbârcea made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Thorbjörn Olerius sent off a good shot on target. When Andreas Sjöstrand fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ManagerZone Crew's protests and gave Andreas Sjöstrand a yellow card for diving instead. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ManagerZone Crew! The referee gave TOP-STAKES a penalty, 87 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Vincent Koerts, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong. 7-2. Zbyszek Gdowski took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patrick Armstrong. Patrick Armstrong dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-2. ManagerZone Crew's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
